On February 25, from 6:50 AM to 7:25 AM UTC, we experienced a 35-minute outage of DeepL Voice in MS Teams due to a misconfiguration causing lost VPN connectivity between Microsoft and our central datacenter. This incident mirrored the February 24 issue. Our team quickly identified and corrected the faulty configuration. We are implementing measures to avoid this in the future and apologize for the inconvenience.
